Bundschu Kraft Completes Multi Purpose Facility

Bundschu Kraft, Inc. has announced the completion of a multi-purpose facility for Island Express, a freight distribution company serving the airlines and air freight companies. The combined administrative office and distribution center is at 4771 Waycross Road, in B.F. Industrial Park, just east of the I-75 and Luckett Road interchange (exit 24).

The Island Express facility includes a steel and masonry building, encompassing 5,000 total square feet, with a dock height truck well. The building is owned by Island Express, which has been leasing facilities from Bundschu Kraft in Billy Creek Commerce Park for the past ten years.

Site selection was coordinated by Dan Miller of Bundschu Kraft, the marketing agent for B.F. Industrial Park. Bundschu Kraft provided complete design-build services for the project.
