The Fountains Professional Park
New offices underway in Bonita

An artist's rendering of the office park.

The first building is under way at The Fountains Professional Park, a 78,000-square foot professional office complex in Bonita Springs developed by Solovey Development Corp. The 5,270-square foot building, as shown in this rendering, is the first of 11 planned one-story individual buildings in the complex. The final phase of the project will consist of two, two-story office buildings.

According to Joseph Solovey of Solovey Development, the 5,270-square foot building is the first of I I planned one-story individual buildings in the complex. The final phase of the project will consist of two, two-story office buildings. The buildings will range from approximately 5,270 to 10, 125 square feet. Each can be divided into spaces ranging from approximately 1,000 to 5,270 square feet. According to Solovey, the first building is scheduled to be completed this summer/fall.

The 7.8-acre site for the office complex is on the south side of Woods Edge Parkway in the Diamond Ridge subdivision, west of U.S. 41 and bordered on the south by Audubon Country Club.

The 13 buildings will surround a landscaped courtyard with a large fountain. A series of paver walkways will connect the center courtyard with smaller courtyards, each with a fountain that will separate every two buildings. A landscaped area with the majority of the project's approximately 375 parking spaces will surround the complex. Covered parking will be available as an option.

The buildings will be delivered fully prepared for owners/occupants to build out to their specific needs. Each will consist of steel-reinforced concrete block construction with a stucco exterior, concrete beams, pre-engineered wood trusses and Spanish roof tile.

Exterior features will include Mediterranean-style architecture, precast stone columns, accent color bands, exterior lighting, designated locations for individual signage, raised and covered entries, aluminum storefront doors in the front and rear of the building and aluminum windows. Feeder utility lines, including water, sewer, telephone, cable and electrical service, will be provided to each building.

The buildings are offered for sale on a condominium ownership basis. A limited amount of space will be available for lease. The units can be purchased as an entire shell or subdivided. Prices start at $139 per square foot plus common area maintenance fees.

All sales, leasing and marketing of The Fountains Professional Park is being coordinated by Grubb & Ellis I IPC. Information is available by calling Craig D. Timmins of Grubb & Ellis I IPC at 261-3400, Ext. 161.
